It was a wonderful place, had super and cheerful staff at the reception desk. The hotel was in a super location so close to the city center, near a lot of shops and eateries and Ben Gurion airport station or bus station.

Competence of the staff. Extremely comfy bed in double room with a laptop-compatible safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. Excellent location, enjoyable breakfast with a huge variety of food.

Amazing hotel, incredible rooms, the staff was really cool. Unbeatable position in the lovely area, just off pedestrian streets with cafes and bars, and the market place on foot. Again, walking distance to Ben Yehuda Street.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the clean kitchen that made cooking meals super easy, and the cozy common area where I met some great folks. I loved lounging on the sun terrace and soaking up the garden view, perfect for relaxation. The only hiccup was that I had some trouble with the tiny luggage locker. just a heads-up to bring a padlock! 😊

The hostel vibe is surprisingly relaxing, with a great rooftop terrace and friendly staff who are genuinely helpful. The shower drainage was poor, and some lights could be frustrating at night. A nice blend of comfort and convenience for a budget stay.

Consider packing earplugs for dorm noise and check if there's a remote for your AC upon arrival.

The hostel vibe is cool and unique. We loved chilling at different seating areas and enjoyed the easy access to local markets and sites. The evening entertainment was great. Especially Diaa. Would definitely recommend this place for a fun group trip!
It took some time to sort it out which was frustrating, especially after a long journey.

Recommend it for the minimalist traveler
The communal kitchen was a real lifesaver for me, always clean and people respecting the space while we all shared meals. I also loved the chill vibes in the terrace area, it really reminded me of home
It wasn't cheap but I guess for the overall experience it was reasonable

communal kitchen, vibrant lobby bar, smartly organized bathroom
Significant issues with electrical outlets in the bunk beds!!! Instead of ample functioning options, guests are left scrambling to find one that works properly. A poor experience for anyone who needs to stay connected during their trip!!!

Jumping into Jerusalem's culinary scene was a dream! The nearby Rimon Pomegranate (0.3 km) served up some wicked vegan dishes, while my taste buds danced over the sushi at Sushi Rehavia (0.3 km). Plus, the communal kitchen at Stay Inn was a lovely touch for whipping up late-night snacks. The cozy vibe in the common area added to the pleasant stay!
Did have a hiccup with a dodgy situation involving a neighbor making things uncomfortable. Although the staff did try to help, they missed the mark on creating a cozy atmosphere. It reminded me of they were more on the side of this guy than looking out for me. Still, kudos for effort!

The room was spacious and modern, perfect for our family. The three banked beds were a hit with the kids, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Mahane Yehuda and the western wall. We also loved having access to a kitchen for preparing some of our meals.
